If you cannot gain access to the property or the property is not secure this is an emergency and must be reported to us immediately.

If you are reporting this outside of our office hours and the property is not secure you should source a local locksmith to secure the property and log the details on online. If a new lock is fitted to the property please note that we will require an additional key for management purposes.

Misplaced or lost keys

If you misplace or lose a key, we may have a copy of it in our office that you can borrow, but we can't guarantee it.

Please contact us and we'll check for you. If we do, you may collect it from us during office hours and make a copy for yourself, then return ours back to us.
