You can reduce condensation by:
• Making sure your home is warm and well ventilated – so do not block up airbricks.
• Opening windows or using any ventilation and closing the kitchen door when cooking.

If you cannot gain access to the property or the property is not secure this is an emergency and must be reported to us immediately.
If you are reporting this outside of our office hours and the property is not secure you should source a local locksmith to secure the property and log the details on online.
