We confirm that the deposit balance as per the statement sent earlier by email can now be released.
You will need to agree to the deductions (if any) on the statement before the deposit can be released. If there is any item on the statement, you seek clarification then you must send an email only.
If you do not agree with the deductions then please let me know us know why.
Our staff will not be able to answer any phone queries, as we must refer any queried items to the property owners.
Please note an incomplete form may lead to delays and therefore please ensure you complete all sections of the form below. Payment of the deposit balance is usually done by bank transfer and to your bank account.
Important – We can only release the balance of the security deposit to your bank account and NOT to a 3rd party account.
It is important that the bank account information you provide is your actual bank account and we will not accept any responsibility for any errors.
