Missed Bin Collection

If the bins are not picked up by the council on your usual day, all tenants must contact the council to arrange another pickup.

Follow the below instructions to report to the council

1)Follow the above link to find your local council to report a missed collection to.
2)On the main page, choose the “Report it” link
3)On the “report it” sub menu, choose missed bin collection.
4)Once on the new page, choose the landfill option and fill in the remainder of the form.
5)Once complete, the council should contact you to give you a date for the pickup.
Please inform ZK Investments whenever you report this issue to the council so we know that the bins and rubbish will be picked up.

KEEP BIN USE TO A MINIMUM BY COMPACTING ALL YOUR REFUSE AND PACK IN BIN BAGS

DO NOT OVERFILL THE BINS
