Tenant Rent Arrears
Paying the rent and on time is one of the most important parts of your tenancy with us. The money we collect from rents goes to pay for the services that we provide for you.
Rent should always be your first priority, as you could lose your home if you don’t pay it. So, if you have got money worries:
- Don’t ignore the problem
- Don’t promise payments you’re unable to make
- Make every effort to pay on time. If you’ve problems keeping to the payment agreement, please let us know straight away. Tell us if your circumstances change.
You will have recently received a letter or email from us recently saying that your rent arrears are high or you have missed a payment. You must now fill in relevant part of the form urgently to tell us of your intention to pay the arrears or send us an email. Please do this within the next 48 hours.
